I preordred at EB Games, so i can pick it up tommorow? - Guild Wars Forums

Wait...i preordered guild wars at eb games (IN Los angeles, CA) a while back. And i hear that i can go pick up the game directly from the store tommorow? (The 26th), With my recipt of course.

Ya they shipped early. Mine's on a UPS truck and should be at my apartment in a few hours. Heard some people had it shipped as early as last friday.

The EB where I pre-ordered mine said they were getting their shipment in this afternoon. I'll have to call again today to see if I can pick it up though, as it seems to be up to the manager whether or not they'll be able to sell it early. Even if they can't sell it until Thursday, it's ok. Much thanks to the power of the pre-order key.

I found out the same too. My wife told me they called while I was at work. Good to hear that I'll have everything I'll need to go for tomorrow morning. I'm going to pick mine up today before I go back to work tonight.

I couldn't be happier! Just wish that GameStop would have done that and charged the normal $80 for the game. I would have stuck with them had that been the case since they are much closer to me (5 minutes) than EB is (20 minutes). No complaining though. I'll find a useful ranger for the Ithas bow and miss out on the hammer that I would have had for my warrior at GS.

I pre-ordered mine from EB last Friday.

I asked the guy if I would get my copy on the 27th like the website says, and he said "no, you get it when it comes out" i.e. the 28th.

I looked around a bit and according to the GW site I should have got some pre-order package (if the store had any). Since I didn't get one I guess I don't get my free time ahead of release or whatever.

But I might swing in tonight after work and just check to make sure they don't have something there to give out or whatever.

Preorders should be given out today, the poor sobs who didn't preorder are the ones that need to wait till the 28th.

it depends on the specific store, some are still not letting people pick it up till the 28th. some (mine) shipped it to me friday (the 22nd).

Got my copy from gamestop yesterday in the mail my brothers Eb copy due to come today

Think ill take both bonus items War pick and bow for my char as my brother cant play as much with havein a wife and kid

just wish I did'nt have to go to work
